WE TAKE NO CREDIT...

Being Jesus to someone means you are not acting and moving as yourself...

Yesterday I was thinking about acts of kindness, showing love, being unselfish, going the extra mile...I was thinking about my motive for why I do that at times even though I am painfully aware of my own lack, the ugliness in my heart, etc...

I was gently reminded that it’s not me doing it ...it is Jesus Christ living in me.

Any good that you see me doing it’s because of him living in me.

James 1:17

“Every desirable and beneficial gift comes out of heaven”

Because left up to me… and at times I’m prideful and I’m selfish.

I’m all those things that wouldn’t operate at a level and the actions in which I do if I didn’t have Jesus in my heart.
