God has given you the weapons you need, the only offense you can use against any and all attacks; IT'S HIS WORD AND PRAYER! But the enemy would rather distract you with worry, doubt, and fear. God has not given you a spirit of fear, He gave you a spirit of power, love and a sound mind.
God's Word is indispensable! The definition of "indispensable" meaning absolutely necessary, and not subject to being set aside or neglected.
Some synonyms to consider when thinking about your weapon:
all-important, critical, essential, imperative, integral, must-have, necessary, necessitous, needed, needful, required, requisite, vital
Prayer is essential! The definition of "essential" meaning of the utmost importance.
Synonyms for essential when thinking of your prayers:
all-important, critical, imperative, indispensable, integral, must-have, necessary, necessitous, needed, needful, required, requisite, vital
You see His Word and Prayer are both vital and critically powerful weapons that we who put our hope in Him, must begin to use with power and purpose.
Here is what Paul tells us in Ephesians 6:13-17
"Be prepared. You're up against far more than you can handle on your own. Take all the help you can get, every weapon God has issued, so that when it's all over but the shouting you'll still be on your feet. Truth, righteousness, peace, faith and salvation are more than words. Learn how to apply them. You'll need them throughout your life. God's Word is an indispensable weapon. In the same way, prayer is essential in this ongoing warfare. Pray hard and long."
And God tells us in James 1:6 to "Ask boldly, believing, without a second thought".
This is God's word I am standing on: "No weapon formed against me shall prosper" Isaiah 54:17
and this is the power behind my prayers, "I am fully convinced that He is able to perform everything that He has promised." Rom 4:21
